The CPH3115-TL-H is a PNP bipolar junction transistor manufactured by onsemi. It features a collector-emitter voltage (VCEO) of 30V and a continuous collector current rating of 1.5A, with a pulse current capability of 3A. The device offers a low collector-emitter saturation voltage of 375mV at 750mA, enabling efficient switching in low-voltage applications. With a DC current gain (hFE) of 200 minimum at 100mA, it provides good amplification characteristics. The transistor has a gain-bandwidth product (fT) of 450MHz, suitable for high-speed switching circuits.
Designed for general-purpose switching and amplification, the CPH3115-TL-H is commonly used in relay drivers, lamp drivers, motor drivers, and strobe circuits. Its surface-mount SC-96 package (also known as 3-CPH) has a low mounting height of 0.9mm, making it ideal for space-constrained designs. The device is halogen-free compliant and operates over a junction temperature range up to 150°C. Power dissipation is rated at 900mW when mounted on a ceramic substrate.
