The CPDVR085V0U is a surface mount TVS diode from Comchip Technology designed for ESD protection. It features a Zener breakdown voltage of 6V (minimum at 1mA) and provides 4 unidirectional channels in a common anode configuration. The device offers a peak pulse power rating of 200W (typical) and can handle peak pulse currents up to 16A (8/20µs waveform). Clamping voltage is typically 9.8V at 5A and 12.5V at 16A.
This diode meets IEC 61000-4-2 ESD standards with contact discharge capability of 15kV and air discharge of 20kV. It is suitable for general purpose ESD protection in high-density circuit designs.
