The CPDV6-5V0U is a Zener-type unidirectional TVS diode designed for ESD and surge protection in general purpose applications. It offers a reverse stand-off voltage of 5 V and a breakdown voltage of 6.1 V at 1 mA. The device clamps transient voltages to 10 V maximum at a peak pulse current of 8 A (8/20 µs waveform), with a peak pulse power rating of 80 W.
