The Comchip Technology CPDV3-5V0U is a dual unidirectional Zener-based TVS diode for general purpose circuit protection. It provides transient voltage protection with a reverse standoff voltage of 5V and a maximum clamping voltage of 10V at 8A peak pulse current (8/20µs waveform), handling up to 80W peak pulse power.
This device is surface mounted in a compact SC-70/SOT-323 package with two independent unidirectional channels, suitable for protecting two signal lines. It is not intended for power line protection.
