The CPDT-24V is a TVS diode from Comchip Technology designed for ESD protection. It features a reverse stand-off voltage of 24V and a breakdown voltage range of 25V to 28V. The clamping voltage is 47V maximum at a peak pulse current of 1A (8/20µs waveform).
This device provides ESD protection up to 16kV air discharge and 8kV contact discharge per IEC 61000-4-2 standard. It has a low leakage current of 0.1µA and a low junction capacitance of 2.0pF, making it suitable for high-speed data line protection.
The CPDT-24V is housed in a SOT-23-3 surface mount package and is RoHS compliant. It has an operating temperature range of -55°C to 125°C. The common anode configuration allows for dual-channel protection in a compact footprint.
