The Comchip Technology CPDQ3V3U-HF is a uni-directional Zener-type TVS diode designed for ESD protection in general-purpose applications. It features a 3.3V reverse standoff voltage and a maximum clamping voltage of 10.4V at 9.8A peak pulse current (8/20µs waveform). The device provides robust ESD protection meeting IEC 61000-4-2 Level 4, with ±15kV air discharge and ±8kV contact discharge ratings.
