The CPDH3V3UP-HF is a unidirectional TVS diode from Comchip Technology designed for ESD protection in general purpose applications. It features a reverse stand-off voltage of 3.3V and a maximum clamping voltage of 8V at a peak pulse current of 5A (8/20 µs waveform). The device provides IEC 61000-4-2 ESD protection of ±20kV air and ±15kV contact, making it suitable for protecting sensitive electronics from electrostatic discharge events.
Electrical characteristics include a typical snap-back voltage of 3.5V at 50mA, a minimum punch-through voltage of 2.8V at 2µA, and a maximum reverse leakage current of 0.5µA at the working voltage.
