The CPDER12V is a bidirectional TVS diode from Comchip Technology, designed for ESD protection in general purpose applications. Key electrical characteristics include a reverse standoff voltage of 12V, a breakdown voltage range of 13V min to 20V max at 1mA, and a typical clamping voltage of 25V at 1A peak pulse current under an 8/20µs waveform.
