CPDER12V

The CPDER12V is a bidirectional TVS diode from Comchip Technology, designed for ESD protection in general purpose applications. Key electrical characteristics include a reverse standoff voltage of 12V, a breakdown voltage range of 13V min to 20V max at 1mA, and a typical clamping voltage of 25V at 1A peak pulse current under an 8/20µs waveform. It delivers a peak pulse power of 25W and can handle surge currents up to 1A. The device features low leakage current of 2µA at 12V and low junction capacitance of 12pF at 0V and 1MHz, making it suitable for high-speed signal lines.
