The Vector Electronics CPCI6U25L is a specialized test board for CompactPCI® systems, designed to work with CompactPCI® Power Supplies. It conforms to PICMG electrical and mechanical specifications, focusing on J1 power and ground connections.
This board features a fixed 25-watt load and includes test points for measuring +5V, +3.3V, +12V, -12V, and ground through the P1 connector of the cPCI backplane. The board has a standard thickness of 0.062 inches and is constructed from UL recognized 94V-0 rated FR-4 material or equivalent.
Available in 3U x 160 or 6U x 160 configurations, it utilizes a 25-row, 110-pin 2MM Hard Metric connector for J1 power and ground. The front panel width is a standard 4HP (0.80 inches). For 3U boards, a lower Type IV injector/ejector is used with a captive sleeve and screw on top of the front panel. 6U boards feature a top/bottom pair of Type IV injector/ejectors.
This load board is suitable for testing and validating power supply performance within CompactPCI® environments.
