The CP2110-F02-GM1 from Silicon Labs is a highly integrated single-chip HID USB to UART bridge. This device simplifies USB to serial communication by eliminating the need for external resistors and crystals. It is compliant with USB Specification 2.0, operating at full-speed (12 Mbps).
The bridge supports a wide range of UART configurations, including hardware flow control, data bits from 5 to 8, stop bits of 1, 1.5, or 2, and parity options. It offers baud rates from 300 bps up to 1 Mbps. Additionally, the CP2110-F02-GM1 features 10 configurable GPIO pins that can be used as inputs or outputs, and can also provide a configurable clock output.
