The 3M CP2-SB110-G1-TG30 is a Type B 22 press-fit socket from the CP2 series, designed for CompactPCI backplane applications. It features 132 positions (110 signal contacts plus 22 ground contacts) arranged in a 5+1 row configuration on a 2.00mm pitch. The connector uses an eye-of-the-needle compliant pin press-fit termination for reliable solderless assembly, reducing manufacturing time and cost.
Electrical performance includes a current rating of 1.0A per contact at 70°C with all contacts powered, contact resistance of ≤20 mΩ, insulation resistance of ≥10,000 MΩ, and a test voltage of 750V AC RMS. The operating temperature range spans -55°C to +125°C.
