The Raltron COM118025-25.000-EXT-T-TR is a surface-mount crystal oscillator (XO) providing a 25.000 MHz HCMOS output. It is designed for a nominal supply voltage of 1.8 VDC with ±10% tolerance. The device delivers a clean HCMOS-compatible clock signal with a typical supply current of 6 mA and a maximum of 20 mA at 25°C.
Key electrical characteristics include a frequency stability of ±25 ppm inclusive of temperature, voltage, and aging effects. The output has symmetrical duty cycle between 45% and 55% with fast rise and fall times of 3 ns maximum into a 15 pF load. An Enable/Disable function (pin 1) allows the output to be placed in high impedance state for power saving.
