The Vishay Dale CNY65B is a single-channel optocoupler designed for high safety requirements, offering a very high isolation voltage of 13900VDC. It consists of a phototransistor optically coupled to a gallium arsenide infrared-emitting diode, housed in a 4-pin DIP package.
