The OptiFuse CNR-02 is a PC board type fuse clip designed for standard automotive blade fuses of type ATC, ATO, and APR. It features a through hole mounting style with PC pin termination, making it suitable for direct soldering onto printed circuit boards. The clip is rated at 30A continuous current and 500V, with a dielectric strength of 1500V AC minimum for 60 seconds. Contact resistance is a maximum of 5 mΩ at 1A DC, ensuring low power loss. The base material is flame retardant 94V0 thermoplastic, and the contacts are made of brass C2680 with a bright tin plating of 3 μm minimum thickness. The fuse clip offers an insertion force range of 1 kg to 8 kg and an extraction force range of 1 kg to 10 kg, with a minimum of 25 insertion cycles.
