The Central Semiconductor CMSH3-60M is a 3.0 Amp surface mount silicon Schottky rectifier designed for use in commercial, industrial, entertainment, computer, and automotive applications. It features a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 60V and an average forward current of 3A at TL=75°C. The forward voltage is typically 0.56V and maximum 0.75V at 3A. The device can handle a peak forward surge current of 80A for 8.3ms. Reverse current is 500µA maximum at rated voltage and 20mA maximum at 100°C.
