The Central Semiconductor CMSH1-40M TR13 PBFREE is a surface mount silicon Schottky rectifier rated for 1.0 A average forward current and 40 V peak repetitive reverse voltage. It features a low typical forward voltage of 0.48 V at 1 A, enabling efficient rectification in low-voltage, high-frequency circuits. The device is packaged in a DO-214AC (SMA) case, suitable for automated assembly.
This rectifier is designed for use in commercial, industrial, entertainment, computer, and automotive applications. It offers a maximum reverse current of 0.50 mA at rated voltage and 10 mA at 100°C, with a junction capacitance of 55 pF typical at 4 V and 1 MHz. The operating and storage temperature range spans -65°C to +150°C, with a power dissipation of 1.4 W. Thermal resistance is 89°C/W junction-to-ambient and 30°C/W junction-to-lead.
The CMSH1-40M is part of the CMSH1-20M series and is available in tape and reel packaging (TR13 suffix). The marking code is CS40M for easy identification.
