The CMR1-04M TR13 PBFREE is a surface mount silicon general purpose rectifier from Central Semiconductor Corp. It is rated for a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 400V and an average forward current of 1.0A (at TL=100°C). The device features a maximum forward voltage of 1.1V at 1A and a low reverse current of 5.0µA at rated voltage. The rectifier also offers a peak forward surge current capability of 30A (8.3ms pulse).
