The CMPD914 TR PBFREE is a surface mount silicon high speed switching diode manufactured by Central Semiconductor Corp. using an epitaxial planar process. It is designed for high speed switching applications requiring fast recovery times and low capacitance.
Key electrical specifications include a maximum continuous reverse voltage of 75V, a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 100V, and a continuous forward current rating of 250mA. The diode offers a fast reverse recovery time of 4ns, a low forward voltage of 1V at 10mA, and a junction capacitance of 4pF at 0V. It can handle peak forward surge currents up to 4A for 1μs pulses.
