The CMP401GRUZ-REEL from Analog Devices is a quad comparator designed for general-purpose applications. It offers a fast propagation delay of 23 ns, making it suitable for high-speed signal processing.
This comparator operates with single-supply configurations and is compatible with both 3V and 5V logic levels. It features separate input and output supplies, allowing the input stage to operate from ±6V while the output interfaces with standard logic levels. The wide input common-mode voltage range extends from -5V to +3.9V.
Designed for the extended industrial temperature range of -40°C to +125°C, the CMP401GRUZ-REEL is available in a compact 16-lead TSSOP surface-mount package. Its low power consumption and fast switching characteristics make it an excellent choice for battery-operated instrumentation, line receivers, and level translators.
The digital supply is 3V or 5V. The analog supply can be 0V to 5V (single positive) or 0V to -5V (single negative), allowing dual supply operation.
