CM1431-04DE Description

Short technical summary and product information.

The CM1431-04DE is a four-channel pi-style (C-R-C) EMI filter array with integrated ESD protection from on Semiconductor. Each channel uses a 100Ω resistor and 15pF capacitors to form a low-pass filter with a 120MHz cutoff frequency, supporting data rates up to 48Mbps. The filter provides greater than 35dB typical attenuation at 1GHz.

ESD protection diodes on every pin guard against electrostatic discharge up to ±15kV per IEC 61000-4-2 and greater than ±30kV per the MIL-STD-883 Human Body Model. This makes the CM1431-04DE suitable for EMI filtering and protecting data and control lines in portable electronics, including LCD displays, camera interfaces, and I/O ports in mobile handsets.

The device is supplied in a compact 8-lead WDFN package with exposed pad (8-WFDFN) and 0.40mm lead pitch, designed for surface-mount assembly. It operates over a -40°C to +85°C temperature range and features a Pb-free finish. The small footprint helps minimize board space in space-constrained designs.
