The CM1418-02CP is a Praetorian series L-C EMI filter array with ESD protection designed for headset speakers in mobile devices. It integrates two Pi-filters (C-L-C) with component values of 117 pF / 3.0 nH / 117 pF per channel.
The filter provides typical attenuation of 35 dB at 1 GHz and has a cutoff frequency of 22 MHz. It includes ESD protection diodes on all input/output pins, capable of withstanding ±30 kV contact discharge per IEC 61000-4-2 and ±30 kV HBM per MIL-STD-883. The inductor DC resistance is typically 0.28 Ω, minimizing power loss for speaker outputs.
The device is housed in a space-saving 6-WFBGA, WLCSP package measuring 1.72 mm x 1.22 mm x 0.70 mm. It is surface mount with solder bumps and supports operating temperatures from -40°C to 85°C. The CM1418-02CP is RoHS3 compliant and Pb-Free.
