CM1402-03CP Description

The CM1402-03CP is a low pass EMI filter array with integrated ESD protection, designed for SIM card interfaces in mobile devices. It integrates three pi (C-R-C) filter channels and two additional ESD-only protection channels, all in a compact WLCSP-10 package.

 

The filter channels offer a choice of 47Ω or 100Ω series resistance with 20pF capacitors, resulting in typical cutoff frequencies of 77 MHz and 85 MHz respectively. Attenuation is at least 30 dB at 1 GHz. The ESD protection diodes on every pin can withstand ±10 kV contact discharge per IEC 61000-4-2 and ±25 kV HBM per MIL-STD-883.

 

The device is surface mountable in a 10-bump WLCSP package measuring 1.96mm x 1.33mm, with a height of 0.72mm. It is ideal for EMI filtering and ESD protection of data lines in mobile handsets, PDAs, and other portable electronics. The OptiGuard coating provides improved reliability during assembly.
