The CM1263-06DE is a low capacitance ESD protection array designed for high-speed serial interfaces. It provides 6 unidirectional channels of steering (rail-to-rail) ESD protection.
Each channel features a typical clamping voltage of 9.96V and can handle peak pulse currents of 1A (8/20µs). The operating supply voltage range is 3.3V to 5.5V. Channel input capacitance is typically 1pF (max 1.2pF) at 1MHz. ESD protection meets IEC 61000-4-2 with ±8kV contact and ±15kV air discharge.
This device is suitable for protecting LCD and camera data lines in wireless handsets using high-speed serial interfaces such as MDDI, MIPI, MVI, and MPL. It is also used for I/O port protection in mobile handsets, notebook computers, and PDAs.
The CM1263-06DE is available in a 12-UFDFN exposed pad package (12-UDFN 2.5x1.35) for surface mount assembly. It operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
