The CM1231-02SO is a two-channel low-capacitance ESD protection array from onsemi, belonging to the XtremeESD product family. It incorporates PicoGuard XP dual-stage ESD architecture for enhanced system-level ESD protection compared to traditional single-clamp designs. The device provides steering (rail-to-rail) ESD protection for two unidirectional channels, with a typical clamping voltage of 9V. It can withstand ESD pulses up to ±12kV contact discharge per IEC 61000-4-2 on the OUT pins.
