The CM1230-04CP is a 4-channel, unidirectional, low-capacitance ESD protection array from onsemi's CM1230 family. It is designed to protect high-speed data lines from electrostatic discharge (ESD) events. The device uses a steering (rail-to-rail) topology with integrated Zener diode for power rail protection.
Key electrical specifications include a typical reverse standoff voltage of 3.3V, a typical clamping voltage of 9.8V, and a peak pulse current rating of 1A (8/20µs). The device offers very low input capacitance of 0.8pF typical, making it suitable for high-speed interfaces. It provides ESD protection of ±8kV contact and ±15kV air discharge per IEC 61000-4-2, and ±15kV HBM per MIL-STD-883.
The CM1230-04CP is housed in a space-saving 6-WFBGA, WLCSP package (6-WLCSP 1.46x0.96) and supports surface mount mounting. It is rated for operation over a -40°C to 85°C temperature range. The part is lead-free and RoHS compliant.
