The CM1214A-01SO is a single channel ESD protector from onsemi designed for protecting bipolar signal lines against electrostatic discharge. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 7V and a typical clamping voltage of 11.3V at 1A peak pulse current (8/20µs waveform). The device provides ±8kV contact discharge protection per IEC 61000-4-2.
