The CM1213A-04S7 is a 4-channel low capacitance ESD protection array from ON Semiconductor, part of the CM1213A family. It provides rail-to-rail steering clamping for ESD protection with a typical clamping voltage of 10V. Each channel features a low input capacitance of 0.85pF typical, with channel matching of 0.02pF, making it ideal for high-speed differential signal lines.
