CM1213A-02SR

The CM1213A-02SR is a two-channel low capacitance ESD protection diode array from ON Semiconductor, part of the CM1213A family. It is designed to protect high-speed data lines from electrostatic discharge (ESD) events. Each channel consists of a pair of steering diodes that direct positive or negative ESD current to the supply rails, with an integrated Zener diode between V_P and V_N to protect the V_CC rail without needing a bypass capacitor.

Key electrical specifications include a reverse standoff voltage of 3.3V, typical clamping voltage of 10V, and peak pulse current handling of 1A (8/20µs). The device offers ESD protection per IEC 61000-4-2 up to 12kV contact discharge.
