The Samtec CLT-104-02-L-D-BE-A-K-TR is a high-reliability board-to-board receptacle from the CLT series. It features 8 positions arranged in 2 rows with a 2.00mm pitch and row spacing, designed for surface mount soldering. The connector uses a push-pull fastening mechanism and includes a bottom entry design for space-constrained applications.
Electrical performance includes a current rating of 4.1A per contact when 2 pins are powered. The contacts are made of phosphor bronze with 10 µ" (0.25 µm) gold plating on the contact area and matte tin on the tail, over 50 µ" nickel underplating. The insulator is black liquid crystal polymer rated UL94 V-0 for flammability.
Mechanical features include board guide and pick and place pad (polyimide film) for automated assembly. The connector supports a minimum of 100 mating cycles with 10 µ" gold plating. Operating temperature range is -55°C to 125°C. Packaging is tape and reel for automated placement.
