The Samtec CLT-103-02-L-D-BE is a low profile dual wipe socket from the CLT series, offering a 2.00 mm pitch and 6 positions arranged in 2 rows. This receptacle features a bottom entry design suitable for pass-through applications, with surface mount solder termination. The contacts are made of phosphor bronze with a gold finish of 0.25 µm (10 µ") on the contact area and matte tin on the tail, ensuring reliable connectivity and solderability.
The insulator is molded from black liquid crystal polymer (LCP) with a UL94 V-0 flammability rating. The connector is rated for a current of 4.1 A per contact (with 2 pins powered) and can operate over a temperature range of -55°C to 125°C. It supports data rates up to 8 Gbps NRZ, making it suitable for high-speed signal transmission. The SMT lead coplanarity is a maximum of 0.10 mm, and the minimum insertion depth is 2.57 mm. The connector is designed for up to 100 mating cycles with the specified gold plating.
