The CLL4736A TR PBFREE is a surface-mount silicon Zener diode from Central Semiconductor designed for voltage regulation in a variety of electronic applications. It provides a nominal Zener voltage of 6.8V at a test current of 37mA, with a maximum power dissipation of 1W.
This Zener diode features a maximum impedance of 3.5Ω at IZT and 700Ω at IZK, and a maximum reverse leakage current of 10µA at 4V. The forward voltage is rated at 1.2V maximum when forward current is 200mA.
The device is offered in a DO-213AB MELF package, suitable for automated surface-mount assembly, and operates over a junction temperature range of -65°C to +200°C.
