CLA4603-085LF

The CLA4603-085LF is a surface-mountable, low-capacitance silicon PIN limiter diode from Skyworks Solutions. Designed for shunt-connected high-power limiter applications, it operates from 10 MHz to over 10 GHz with low insertion loss. Key electrical characteristics include a maximum reverse voltage of 45V, maximum forward current of 1.5A, and maximum capacitance of 0.4 pF at 6V and 1 MHz. The series resistance is a maximum of 2 ohms at 10 mA and 100 MHz, and the typical threshold level is +9 dBm. Thermal performance is supported by a thermal resistance of 96°C/W, with a maximum power dissipation of 2W at 25°C (derated to 1W at 85°C) and peak pulse power of 10W at 85°C with 10% duty cycle. The junction temperature rating is 175°C, and storage temperature range is -65 to +200°C. The diode is housed in a 2-VDFN Exposed Pad package (3-QFN, 2x2mm) and is surface mountable.
