The Samsung CL21A475KAQNNNE is a multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) with a capacitance of 4.7 µF, a rated voltage of 25 V, and a tolerance of ±10%. It uses an X5R dielectric, which provides a capacitance change of ±15% over the operating temperature range of -55°C to 85°C. The capacitor is housed in an 0805 (2012 metric) package with dimensions of 2.00 mm length, 1.25 mm width, and a nominal thickness of 1.25 mm (maximum 1.40 mm).

The component features a Pb-free termination finish of Cu/Ni/Sn with 100% plating, making it suitable for reflow soldering with a peak temperature of 260±5°C for up to 30 seconds.
