The Samsung CL10C010BB8NNNC is a multi-layer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) with a capacitance of 1 pF and a rated voltage of 50V. It utilizes a C0G/NP0 dielectric, which provides excellent temperature stability with a capacitance change of only ±30 ppm/°C over the full operating temperature range of -55°C to 125°C. This Class 1 dielectric ensures low losses and high Q factor, with a minimum Q of 420 at 1 MHz.
The capacitor is housed in a standard 0603 (1608 Metric) surface-mount package with dimensions 1.60mm x 0.80mm x 0.80mm (max thickness 0.90mm). The termination is Pb-free (Sn 100% plating) and designed for reflow soldering with a peak temperature of 260°C. It is supplied on 7-inch reels in cardboard packaging.
