This is a multi-layer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) manufactured by Samsung Electro-Mechanics. It has a capacitance of 470pF with ±5% tolerance, rated voltage of 50V, and uses C0G/NP0 dielectric which offers stable temperature characteristics.
The operating temperature range is -55°C to 125°C. The capacitor is housed in a 0402 (1005 metric) surface mount package with dimensions 1.00mm x 0.50mm x 0.50mm (nominal). It features tin over nickel termination finish and is lead-free.
Suitable for various applications requiring stable capacitance over temperature and voltage. Standard packaging is tape and reel with 10,000 pieces per reel.
