The CL05B682JB5NNNC is a multi-layer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) from Samsung Electro-Mechanics. It offers a capacitance of 6800 pF (6.8 nF) with a tight ±5% tolerance and a rated voltage of 50V DC. The X7R dielectric provides stable capacitance over a wide temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a maximum capacitance change of ±15%.
This component is housed in a standard 0402 (1005 metric) surface mount package measuring 1.00mm x 0.50mm x 0.50mm (nominal thickness 0.50mm, maximum 0.55mm). The terminations are copper/nickel/tin (100% Sn plating) for excellent solderability and lead-free compatibility.
