The Samsung Electro-Mechanics CL03C180JA3NNNC is a surface-mount multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) in the compact 0201 (0603 metric) package. It features a nominal capacitance of 18 pF with a tight ±5% tolerance, and is rated for a DC voltage of 25V.
