The CIM10U601NC is a chip ferrite bead from Samsung Electro-Mechanics' CIM10 series, designed for high frequency EMI suppression. It offers a nominal impedance of 600 Ohms at 100 MHz, with a maximum DC resistance of 380 milliohms and a rated current of 500 mA. This single-line ferrite bead is housed in a compact 0603 (1608 metric) surface mount package, measuring 1.60mm x 0.80mm with a maximum height of 0.95mm. The monolithic inorganic material construction provides high reliability and excellent solderability for both flow and reflow soldering processes. Its closed magnetic circuit configuration minimizes crosstalk, making it suitable for high density PCB designs. Typical applications include EMI suppression in computers, printers, TVs, and mobile phones. The operating temperature range is -55°C to 125°C, and it is supplied on tape and reel with 4000 pieces per reel.
