The Comchip Technology CGRC501-G is a general purpose standard recovery rectifier diode designed for surface mount applications. It has a DC reverse voltage rating of 50V and an average rectified current of 5A. The maximum forward voltage is 1.15V at 5A. This diode features standard recovery speed greater than 500ns at 200mA.
