The CGRC301-G is a standard recovery rectifier diode from Comchip Technology, designed for general purpose rectification in surface mount applications. It features a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 50V and an average forward current rating of 3A.
Electrical characteristics include a maximum forward voltage of 1.1V at 3A and a reverse current of 5µA at 25°C (250µA at 125°C). The device can handle a peak forward surge current of 100A (8.3ms single half sine-wave). The junction temperature range is -55°C to +150°C.
