The CGRB207-G is a standard recovery rectifier diode from Comchip Technology, designed for general purpose rectification applications. It features a maximum reverse voltage (VRRM) of 1000V and a nominal average rectified current (Io) of 2A.
Electrical characteristics include a maximum forward voltage of 1.1V at a forward current of 2A, and a reverse recovery time greater than 500ns (tested at 200mA). The device uses standard silicon technology and operates at a maximum junction temperature of 150°C.
