The Bourns CG0603MLU-05E is a ChipGuard MLU series ESD protector designed to safeguard sensitive electronic components from electrostatic discharge damage. It operates at a maximum DC voltage of 5V and features a typical clamping voltage of 25V with a trigger voltage of 250V.
