The CFRB305-G from Comchip Technology is a fast recovery rectifier diode designed for high efficiency applications requiring low forward voltage drop and fast switching. It features a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 600 V and an average rectified output current of 3.0 A. The reverse recovery time is 250 ns maximum, making it suitable for high-frequency circuits.
This rectifier uses glass passivated die construction for reliability and can handle non-repetitive peak forward surge currents up to 100 A (8.3 ms half sine-wave). Typical junction capacitance is 50 pF at 1 MHz and 4 V reverse bias, aiding performance in switching applications.
The device is housed in a standard DO-214AA (SMB) surface mount package with solder plated terminals compatible with MIL-STD-202. The molded plastic case meets UL flammability classification 94V-0. Operating temperature range is -65°C to +150°C, and thermal resistance junction-to-terminal is 25 K/W typical.
The CFRB305-G has a maximum peak repetitive reverse voltage of 600 V.
