The Samtec CES-108-01-T-D is a .100" (2.54mm) pitch closed entry low profile socket strip designed for board-to-board applications. It features 16 positions arranged in 2 rows with a dual leaf contact system. The insulator is made of black G.F. Polyester with a UL94 V-0 flammability rating, and the contacts are phosphor bronze with a matte tin finish over 50 µ" nickel underplating.
This receptacle is rated for 5.5A per pin (2 pins powered) and 400VAC, with an operating temperature range of -55°C to +105°C. The through hole termination style with solder termination ensures reliable PCB mounting. The push-pull fastening type and 5.08mm insulation height provide secure mating with compatible Samtec header strips.
