The Samtec CES-103-01-S-S is a 3-position single-row closed entry low profile socket strip from the CES series. It features a 2.54mm (0.100") pitch and through-hole solder termination, making it suitable for board-to-board stacking applications. The receptacle uses tin-plated phosphor bronze contacts with a thickness of 30.0µin (0.76µm) and a black G.F. polyester insulator with UL94 V-0 flammability rating.
Electrical ratings include 5.5A per pin (2 pins powered) and 400VAC voltage rating. The operating temperature range is -55°C to +105°C for tin plating. The insulation height is 5.08mm (0.200") and contact length is 3.25mm (0.128"). The push-pull fastening type ensures secure mating with compatible Samtec headers such as TSW, TLW, MTSW, and others.
Packaged in bulk, this connector is RoHS3 compliant, REACH compliant with no SVHCs, and has an MSL of 1 (not moisture sensitive). It is designed for through-hole mounting and is lead-free solderable only with lead wave processing.
