The Comchip Technology CEFB203-G is a 200V, 2A fast recovery rectifier diode designed for surface mount applications in a DO-214AA (SMB) package. Its fast reverse recovery time of 25ns makes it suitable for high-efficiency switching power supplies and freewheeling circuits. The device features a low forward voltage drop of 1.1V at 2A, with a maximum reverse current of 5µA at 25°C. The diode is rated for a maximum operating junction temperature of 150°C and storage temperature range of -55°C to +150°C. The package provides solderable terminations per MIL-STD-750, with a color band denoting the cathode end. The device is RoHS3 compliant.
