The CEFA104-G is a surface-mount fast recovery rectifier diode from Comchip Technology, part of the CEFA10x-G series. It is designed for efficient high-speed switching applications with a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 400V and an average forward current rating of 1A. The device offers a fast reverse recovery time of 35 ns, making it suitable for use in power supplies, inverters, and other circuits requiring low switching losses.
The diode is housed in a JEDEC DO-214AC (SMA) molded plastic package with a UL 94V-0 flammability rating. It features solderable terminals per MIL-STD-750 and a color band marking for cathode polarity. The compact SMA package enables easy pick-and-place assembly and is ideal for space-constrained designs.
