The Comchip Technology CEFA103-G is a fast recovery rectifier diode designed for surface mount applications. It features a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 200V and an average forward current rating of 1A.
Key electrical characteristics include a low forward voltage drop of 920mV at 1A, a fast reverse recovery time of 25ns, and a peak forward surge current capability of 30A (8.3ms single half sine-wave). The maximum reverse current is 5µA at rated DC blocking voltage and 25°C.
