The CDSUR4148-HF is a surface mount small signal switching diode manufactured by Comchip Technology. It is designed for high-speed switching applications with a reverse recovery time of 4 ns. The diode has a repetitive peak reverse voltage rating of 75 V and an average forward current rating of 150 mA.
Forward voltage is a maximum of 1 V at a forward current of 50 mA. Maximum reverse current is 2.5 µA at the rated reverse voltage of 75 V. The device can handle surge currents up to 4 A for 1 µs and 1 A for 1 ms. Junction temperature range is up to 125 °C, with storage temperature from -40 to +125 °C.
The CDSUR4148-HF is offered in a 0603/SOD-523F surface mount package with gold-plated terminals and cathode band polarity marking. The package is leadless and extremely thin, suitable for compact designs. It is RoHS compliant and halogen free.
