The CDSU400B is a surface-mount switching diode manufactured by Comchip Technology. It features a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 80V and an average forward current of 100mA. The diode offers a typical reverse recovery time of 4ns, enabling high-speed switching applications.
Electrical characteristics include a maximum forward voltage of 1V at 100mA and a low reverse leakage current of 0.1µA at the rated voltage. The device has a typical terminal capacitance of 3pF, making it suitable for high-frequency signal switching. It is housed in a compact 0603/SOD-523F leadless package with gold-plated terminals, ideal for space-constrained designs. The operating junction temperature range is up to 125°C.
